Stephen Lieux

EVP, Land Development

Stephen is responsible for the development of homesites across each state we serve. Since stepping into leadership in 2018, he’s played a pivotal role in our land development growth and success, nearly tripling the size of our footprint since taking on the role.

Stephen has a storied history working with the Rausch family, which began with his first job working on Buddy Coleman’s farm in Barling, Arkansas, at age 13. Five years later, he and Buddy’s grandson, John Robert Rausch, built their first home together, where he learned each step of the development and general construction process. His early work with the Rausch family inspired him to build a career in engineering and development. In 2000, he went to work for Rausch Coleman Homes, a former Rausch family company, while attending the University of Arkansas. He graduated in 2007 with a degree in Civil Engineering.

After graduation, he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to work for an engineering consulting firm and general contractor, where he gained valuable experience and earned his professional engineering and general contractors licenses. In 2012, he returned to the fold of Rausch Coleman Homes as the director of engineering. He quickly established himself as a strong leader and someone determined to take the development side of the business to the next level, leading him to become the vice president of land development in 2015.

In his free time, Stephen enjoys traveling with his family in their RV and visiting National Parks.
