Jeremy Stobaugh

SVP, Technology & People

Jeremy is responsible for the company’s technology infrastructure, software solutions, and human resources. With over 20 years of technology solution delivery experience, Jeremy has led meaningful improvements in business intelligence and systems security. Additionally, his leadership of our People team has been instrumental in exemplary employee development, growth, and retention over the years.

Jeremy graduated from the University of Arkansas with an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering. In 2013, he was named to Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, recognized for his accomplishments in engineering leadership. He’s also a recipient of the University of Arkansas College of Engineering’s Early Career Alumni and Distinguished Alumni awards.

Prior to joining the Rausch family in 2017, Jeremy held a senior engineering leadership position for 12 years at J.B. Hunt Transport, a Fortune 500 company.

Jeremy and his wife of more than 20 years have two teenage children and are actively involved in their church.
