Don joined the Rausch family in 2018 and oversees the teams responsible for developing and delivering homesites for the company.
He grew up building and remodeling houses with his father, which cultivated a strong working knowledge of the home-building process and inspired him to pursue real estate and development as a career. Don holds a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University and a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Prior to this role, Don spent nearly 13 years with Walmart in its real estate division. During his Walmart career, Don was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and property management for Walmart locations across the country.
Don enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He’s an active member of his local church with a long history of service in the community.
